We understand the growing concern regarding the outbreak of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) and that it is increasingly impacting our communities. Our thoughts & prayers go out to all who have been affected by this illness.
We are actively monitoring all public sources of information and guidance, including the CDC and the World Health Organization, to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions for your well-being.
The safety of our customers and employees is a priority. Everyone is required to wear a face covering so we can help protect each other. We will supply a face covering if you don’t have one. In addition to face coverings, we have implemented enhanced safety measures, including social distancing.
SHOPPING OUR STORE
We strive to provide a clean and safe store for our customers every day. With the given circumstances, we have developed additional sanitation protocols and are taking extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure your safety. Common areas, door handles, countertops, computers, credit kiosks and other surfaces are being disinfected with increased frequency throughout the day. We also have installed plastic dividers at our counters and do require masks while in our showroom.
RECEIVING DELIVERY OF YOUR FURNITURE
For Home Deliveries and In-Home Technician Appointments, our teams are also taking extra measures as well to prevent any unintentional spread of illness. As with stores and warehouses, they will be wearing masks while using hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes.
OUR CUSTOMERS
Finally, we have been pro-active in providing guidance to our associates. We are frequently reminding our associates to stay home if they are sick, wash their hands, use hand sanitizer, clean their personal work spaces, and otherwise to exercise precautionary measures.

Ultraviolet light kills more than 99.9% of all corona viruses and bacteria. (Columbia University Medical) Naturally Wood Furniture uses this treatment to sanitize products prior to customer pick-up or delivery. We also use ultraviolet light after hours along with a stringent disinfecting process to ensure your safety. There is no additional cost to you for this service.
